All shopping cart orders are shipped US Postal Service insured
from our Studio within 2-3 working days the order was received. The customer is notified by email the exact date shipment occurs from our Studio (if a working email address is provided at the time of order).
Since the US Priority Mail Service offers a 3-day delivery (non-guaranteed), please allow approximately 3-4 working days (excluding Sundays and Federal Holidays) from the exact ship date, for delivery.
High traffic times of the year such as holiday periods may require more than 3-4 working days for Priority Mail deliveries (after the package has left our Studio and has been postmarked by the US PS).
Express Second Day Air Mail is the fastest service with 2nd day delivery guaranteed or money back by the US PS. (Some exceptions do apply based on mailing locations.)
(Guarantee will not apply if attempted delivery is made and there is no one present to sign for the package.)
Express Second Day Air Mail features, automatic insurance coverage up to $100, and tracking/tracing capability.
A signature will be required at the time of delivery for all orders.

Return Policy: Full 14 day return privilege. Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price with the exceptions listed below.
All sales are final on closeout specials, damaged goods, custom orders or custom requested modifications to original design's or sizes offered. Also on gift certificates and items purchased with gift certificates.
All items must be returned securely wrapped, in the original condition and undamaged, with all original packaging.
Returned orders must be pre-paid and insured, to the address below. Refund of purchase price will follow promptly if the return has been authorized and conforms to the terms specified above.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. C.O.D. return shipments are not accepted.
